From the Artist:
"This painting is the second in the series of 4 New York cityscape paintings I created between 2010 and 2013. The vantage point is off the rooftop of the building that my cousin lived in at the time. I decided to keep the sizing of this second painting consistent with the first, but really tried to take advantage of the dimensions by stressing the drastic viewpoints. I did however change the surface I was working on for 28th & Madison I used sanded masonite mounted to a wooden cradle."
